What's In it For You?

Our approach is practice over theory, progress over perfection. We explore latest thinking and swap solutions on how to use data to drive DEI progress.

  • Curated membership of people who really get it, doing the work in organisations, no consultants. Your hear from peers, decision makers and change makers in DEI, HR, People Analytics and Data.

  • Building your knowledge, skills and network through meaningful relationships. Individuals benefit exponentially from the collective wisdom of our membership.

  • Meetings are focussed on practical, strategic, tactical and topical issues around DEI data. We are about action, not theory, sharing experiences to find forward-thinking solutions.

  • You set the agenda. The agenda evolves to reflect the challenges being experienced by members, making it highly relevant and responsive.

  • Working together will shift the dial in your own organisation – and this will happen a lot quicker if we pool our successes, failures, ideas and learn from them to bring about real progress.

Member Testimonials

“This group of global professionals across DEI and data functions from a range of companies was a great sounding board and provided an important benchmark as my project team wrestled with our design and navigated complexities of cultural nuances and legal implications of diversity data. Having a forum of Data and DEI professionals to consult and collaborate with and confidentially share information with strengthened our business case, validated our design, and bolstered my own confidence as I partnered across LinkedIn to launch the first phase of enhanced employee self-ID.”

Cassandra Wilson, Senior Project Manager HR, LinkedIn

“When Sathya mentioned the Data meets DEI forum she was setting up I immediately asked to join as hadn’t seen anything else like this in the industry. I’ve since invited numerous colleagues from WPP who have all found the sessions to be open, honest and inspiring. Sathya is an excellent connector and moderator, and we always leave with some new thoughts.”

Di Mayze, Global Head of Data and AI, WPP

“When we first started thinking about collecting DEI data, we hadn’t a clue where to start. We knew that there were legal hurdles and trust hurdles to overcome, never mind all the technical work of amending our system to capture the data. Joining the Data meets DEI forum made it feel achievable. The generosity of the forum members in sharing their successes and lessons learned helped us to plan comprehensively and involve the right people from the start.”

Rebecca Berry, Director of Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, Lloyd's Register
