Four empowering masterclasses, world class speakers, a safe space to become your best.

Invest In Her is designed to enable women to embrace their strengths and identity, confidently own their voice and have agency to strive for success on their own terms. We equip women with awareness building techniques and tools to challenge their inner critic and lean into their superpowers. Our last cohort sold out, so register soon.

Who Is This For?

  • Anyone who identifies as a woman. We particularly want to invite women with intersectional identities to join this programme as we celebrate the many layers of diversity in society.

  • Women who want to improve their confidence and skills in networking, knowing their strengths, communicating their value, finding what drives them, asking for what they want, putting themselves forward for opportunities, owning their voice, being an authentic cheerleader for others.

  • If the topics we cover in the masterclasses resonate with you then it doesn't matter what industry you are in, your age or what level you are, as we believe learning from a diverse group of peers is powerful.

  • We welcome mid to senior career women, founders, managers, future executives, those making career moves or returning to work. Anyone who wants to invest in themselves and navigate life and work in a way that aligns to their strengths and values.

  • Women who want to build meaningful relationships. You will be part of a cohort and you will be matched with a smaller group for activities and reflection, to build deeper connections.

  • Participants can join from anywhere in the world. Masterclasses will be scheduled in UK/Europe/East Coast US friendly timeslots if you want to participate live rather than on demand.

Defining Success

You can't be what you can't see. We kick off with a panel of inspiring women who share their personal and professional story. How they navigated challenges, overcame failure, what career success means to them, how they define bold goals and authentically own their voice. We will then reflect on how our own career ups and downs help inform how to define career success for ourselves.

Knowing My Worth

We debunk myths around imposter syndrome, explore the types of inner critic "personas" and identify which of these show up most. We look at how to flip that negative voice into an inner cheerleader. We explore how being out of our comfort zone relates to embracing change and ambition. Next we get into practical tips on knowing and negotiating your value to effectively advocate for ourselves.

Embracing My Superpowers

Our facilitator shares her personal journey embracing identity as a superpower. Then we reflect on our personal comfort levels in talking about strengths and what makes us unique. Using an energising superpowers exercise we practice articulating our strengths. We also dig into gender and cultural norms with self-promotion. We equip you with practical tips on how to embrace your superpowers in work and life.

Owning My Voice

We bring all our insights so far from masterclasses and the resource toolkit to look at our personal brand, network and goals for the future. We will reflect on mental hang ups that may hold us back from being visible and owning our voice. We dig into what makes an authentic personal brand, why it is important and how it informs our career path. We will celebrate our progress, commit to bold goals and share how we will embed learnings.

Resource Toolkit

What makes this programme unique is the focus on actionable learning. You get a "one stop shop" of practical exercises, templates and tools which you can revisit anytime and share.

Strong Support Network

Creating safe spaces that are high support, high trust and allow for real talk.

You will not only be a participant, but a cheerleader for the other women on this journey. We nurture a supportive, uplifting community where everyone can be honest about their challenges and their wins. We build in a real focus on genuine peer coaching, relationship building and networking. We also bring in amazing leaders and experts you can network with. There is an online platform to connect with participants, and you can join the alumni club when you finish.

Why This Programme?

The Impact On Our Participants

“This was so INSIGHTFUL. Can’t wait to talk through with my line manager. The activities were particularly engaging and the group sharing exercise on superpowers was a highlight for me. It was a great activity and I actually would like to implement this idea into my own team's training. It promotes psychological safety and provides a platform for celebrating each other's achievements!” ”
