Our Founder
Sathya uses her time and platform to uplift women of colour as she knows from first hand experience this is a community not often invested in. She embraces her lived experience, a Sri Lankan Tamil woman, born in Singapore, who grew up in Sydney and moved to London as a young adult. She inspires others with her story and is proud to amplify under-represented voices. Ex-Head of Data at Chanel, Sathya now runs her own data-informed inclusion business, True Change. She is also a Board trustee and UN Women Delegate.
